Abstract

Increasing level of unemployment among young Europeans is one of the most painful results of the economic crisis and malfunctioning job education and training system. The article presents: number of important factors which can have an significant influence over the improvement of the unfavorable situation on the job market in Poland; the necessity of reprofiling young people education according to job market’s needs; the problem of professional activation and employers requirements towards young people.
