Determination of the operating trail deformation caused by crawler harvester Mht 8002 HV, with the use of a laser device for measuring cross-section or lie of land

AbstractThe paper presents construction and application of a device for measuring surface deformation, which operates based on the principle of movement above the surface of a laser rangefinder, using computer numeric control (CNC). The unit was used to determine deformation of the operating trail caused by multiple ride of crawler harvester Mht 8002HV. Three harvester drives caused ground deformations at a low level, it was mainly because of low unite pressure exerted by the truck on the ground (42,3 kPa). The slope of the terain has already caused a slight increase in rut depth under of the truck passing below the contour, from the truck going above the contour. Truck caused peeling and shearing the fragments of the soil surface because of multi pass, manoeuvring of the machine and because of the longitudinal and transverse till on the trail.
