Zawartość i pobranie metali ciężkich przez ślazowiec pensylwański (Sida hermaphrodita rusby) z gleby zanieczyszczonej chemicznie

Results of strict fertiliser experiments on assessment of Sida hermaphrodita Rusby usability for phytoremediation of soils polluted with heavy metals were presented in the work. The research demonstrated that on substratum with elevated heavy metal contents Sida hermaphrodita Rusby is characterised by a relatively big yielding potential and ability for accumulation of considerable amounts of heavy metals from chemically degraded soils. Sida hermaphrodita Rusby may be considered a plant species suitable for phytoremediation or reclamation of chemically polluted areas.
