The food consumer on globalising markets

Abstract

The article presents results of survey studies concerning perception of some aspects of globalisation by food consumers. Obtained results allowed among others to determine positive and negative associations of the respondents with globalisation, the consumer attitudes towards globalisation, perception of themselves as global consumers, but also respondents’ associations concerning food product characteristics depending on their country of origin.
