Mineral fertilization of vegetables in Poland

Abstract

Paper presents nutritional requirements and fertilizer needs of vegetables plants grown in Poland under field conditions. It is very important branch of agricultural production because of increasing vegetables consumption. Nutritional requirements of vegetables plants are high and specific for individual species for this reason many fertilizers for broadcast and topdress application should be offered by producers. Selected fertilizers are presented as well.
