AbstractIn two-year experience (2016 and 2017), the influence of some preparations on the healthiness of root parsley cultivars: 'Alba', 'Hablange Berlińska' and 'Kinga' was examined. Combinations were biological preparations: Polyversum WP (Pythium oligandrum), Rizocore (Trichoderma harzianum, Bacillus megaterium), Serenade ASO (Bacillus subtilis) and AQ10 (Ampelomyces quisqualis); and means of natural origin: caraway oil and thyme oil. The standard fungicide Topsin M 500 SC (tiophanate methyl) was used for comparison. In the first year of research in the initial period of vegetation, the most effective were Topsin M 500 SC and Serenade ASO in inhibiting the growth of fungi Alternaria spp. and Septoria petroselini on parsley leaves. Rizocore and caraway oil were also effective. Erysiphe heraclei occurred at a slight intensity at the end of the growing season, therefore no significant influence of the applied preparations on limiting its development on the leaves was observed. The worst leaf health status was noted on the 'Alba' cultivar in both years. In the next year of experiments caraway oil, thyme oil, AQ 10 and Topsin M 500 SC for the 'Kinga' cultivar, Rizocore for 'Alba' and Serenade ASO for 'Alba' and 'Hablange Berlińska' were effective in protecting the parsley leaves against Alternaria leaf blight. Preparations AQ 10, Topsin M 500 SC and Polyversum WP were the most effective in protecting leaves from Septoria leaf blight, also effective was caraway oil for 'Alba' and 'Kinga'. There was slight influence of the applied preparations on the reduction of powdery mildew. AQ 10 and Polyverum WP preparations showed effectiveness in the protection of parsley leaves of 'Alba' and 'Kinga' against Erysiphe heaclei. Preparations: Serende ASO, Topsin M 500 SC and Rizocore most effectively influenced increase in leaf yield.
