Wybrane techniczne i technologiczne aspekty ugniatania gleb rolniczych agregatami ciągnikowymi
AbstractIn dealing with problems related to soil compaction, both theoretical and experimental approaches were applied. Data concerning field operations performed in technologies of growing 8 field crops, together with technical data of the used tractor aggregates were collected directly on farms. For tractors and machines a computer database, containing their technical parameters was created. Then a method, making possible the assessment of technologies in terms of number and distribution of passages over the field, proportions of the compacted area, overall area of wheel tracks, traffic intensity, as well as exerted specific pressures was worked out. The specific pressures were calculated with consideration of the change of load on tractor wheels, caused by the attached machines. To enable calculation of the parameters characterizing the field traffic, the way of preparing data files and their processing by means of 7 computer programes was determined. Field experiment with growing sugar beet and winter wheat on medium. silty loam was carried out in two arrangements: conventional one and with reduced number of field operations. In the case of both crops, from the second arrangement resulted more favourable values, as far as parameters determined with the help of the above mentioned method are concerned, as. well as improvement of the operational and soil parameters. Field experiment on bare loamy sand dealt with changes of penetration resistance and bulk density, caused by different settings of the tractors , wheels, different external loadings and the influence of natural factors. As complementary to the field experiment, laboratory measurements concerned the influence of water content, pressure and percentage of clay particles on penetration resistance and bulk density, were carried out on loamy sand, loamy silt and medium silty loam. Correlation coefficients with the applied pressure turned out to be highest in all cases. Cone penetrometr with electronic data logger, and the laboratory stand fog compacting soil were designed and built within the presented research.
